YOURZ aims to provide a safe creator-support environment while respecting lawful expression, privacy and legitimate creator activity.
Our approach combines:
- creator eligibility controls;
- identity and age verification;
- profile monitoring;
- risk indicators;
- user reporting;
- complaints;
- human review;
- proportionate enforcement.
2. CREATOR SAFETY AND ELIGIBILITY
Creators must be 18 or older and complete required verification before production payment activation.
Lawful adult-industry creators may be permitted to use YOURZ.
YOURZ does not host or sell adult content or sexual services.
3. MONITORING
YOURZ may monitor material changes to creator profiles including:
- names;
- handles;
- biographies;
- profile and cover images;
- external links;
- creator categories;
- goals;
- relevant creator declarations.
Risk indicators may queue material for human review.
New or materially changed images may be reviewed manually.
Automated or rule-based indicators may assist prioritisation but do not by themselves mean a creator has violated YOURZ policies.
4. REPORTING
Creator pages provide a reporting mechanism.
Reports may concern matters including:
- suspected underage use;
- child exploitation;
- exploitation or trafficking;
- prohibited or illegal material or activity;
- non-consensual intimate material;
- impersonation;
- fraud or scams;
- threats or harassment;
- privacy concerns;
- other policy violations.
Safeguarding concerns may receive expedited review.
5. REVIEW AND ENFORCEMENT
Depending on the seriousness, evidence and applicable requirements, YOURZ may take actions including:
- no action;
- warning;
- required profile changes;
- reverification;
- payment restriction;
- payout review where permitted;
- temporary suspension;
- permanent removal.
YOURZ seeks to apply enforcement proportionately and consistently.
6. COMPLAINTS AND SECOND REVIEW
Users may challenge relevant decisions through the Complaints process.
Where appropriate, a decision may receive a second internal review.
7. PRIVATE SUPPORT
"Private" support means the supporter's identifying information is not normally displayed to the creator through the ordinary creator-facing product experience.
It does not mean that a transaction is anonymous to YOURZ, payment providers, fraud-prevention providers or authorities lawfully entitled to relevant information.
8. FINANCIAL SAFETY
YOURZ may use payment-provider controls, transaction monitoring, fraud indicators, reserves, dispute handling and risk review as applicable.
9. TRANSPARENCY AND RECORD KEEPING
YOURZ maintains proportionate records of reports, reviews, restrictions, complaints and relevant compliance activity.
As YOURZ grows and reliable data becomes meaningful, it may publish transparency information concerning safety and enforcement activity.
YOURZ will not fabricate statistics for the purpose of presenting a transparency report.
10. FREEDOM OF EXPRESSION AND PRIVACY
Safety and enforcement decisions should take account of users' legitimate privacy interests and freedom of expression within applicable law.
Lawful adult-industry activity alone does not constitute a policy violation.
11. CONTINUOUS REVIEW
YOURZ reviews its safety systems as the platform, risks, functionality and applicable legal requirements develop.
