Compliance overview
A summary of YOURZ's controls for prospective payment and banking partners. YOURZ does not hold any regulatory authorisation and does not claim to.
Business model
YOURZ is a creator-support platform run by a UK sole trader. Creators publish a small public profile and receive voluntary support from their audience (SEND = one-off, BACK = monthly, GIFT = towards a goal). YOURZ is not a bank, payment institution or money transmitter. All payments are currently sandbox-only, and no live payments are enabled.
18+ creators only
Every creator must be 18 or over and must declare any adult-industry activity during eligibility.
Independent identity & age verification
YOURZ owns the creator verification requirement. Each creator must pass YOURZ's identity and age verification, run by an independent provider contracted by YOURZ. Any checks by our payment partner are additional to this. Production creator identity verification is being implemented with an independent verification provider. Live creator payments will not be activated until this control is operational.
No adult content sold or hosted
YOURZ does not host, sell or distribute creator content. Lawful adult-industry creators may receive voluntary support, subject to policy and enhanced review. Explicit material is never allowed on YOURZ pages.
Voluntary support model
SEND, BACK and GIFT can never be used as payment for content, goods, services, sexual activity or private access.
Content & profile monitoring
Risk-based review at onboarding. Rule-based checks for prohibited wording, attempts to move payments off the platform and suspicious links. Logging of every material change to profiles, goals, campaigns and links, with high-risk changes sent to review (and payments temporarily limited). Periodic enhanced review of higher-risk profiles. Images are reviewed manually; no automated image moderation is claimed.
Reporting
A Report button on every creator page. Urgent safeguarding categories go to the top of the queue and can trigger immediate restriction while the report is reviewed.
Complaints
A published Complaints Policy with an online form, references, target response times and a route to request a second review.
Enforcement
Warning, required edit, payment restriction, payout hold, reverification, temporary suspension and permanent removal. Every decision is recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited.
Privacy
Private support hides the supporter's identity from the creator only. Transactions are not anonymous to YOURZ, financial institutions or lawful authorities. No raw card data, identity-document images or biometric data are stored by YOURZ.
Payment risk controls
A server-side payment activation gate (18+, YOURZ verification, eligibility, Acceptable Use acceptance, declarations, account status, provider onboarding, payout setup). It also covers idempotent transactions, ledger-derived balances, configurable limits, reserves, refund and dispute handling, risk events and signed webhooks.
