YOURZ is operated by Suraj Patel, a sole trader trading as YOURZ in the United Kingdom.
YOURZ publishes this Anti-Slavery and Anti-Trafficking Statement voluntarily as part of its commitment to preventing exploitation.
This statement is not presented as a statutory section 54 Modern Slavery Act statement where the statutory reporting requirement does not apply to YOURZ.
YOURZ has zero tolerance for modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, sexual exploitation and coercion.
2. OUR SERVICE
YOURZ connects creators with supporters through voluntary creator-support functionality.
We recognise that online and payment services may be misused in attempts to facilitate exploitation.
YOURZ therefore maintains controls intended to reduce that risk.
3. CONTROLS
Our controls include:
- creators must be 18 or older;
- creator identity and age verification;
- creator eligibility requirements;
- prohibition of trafficking, coercion and sexual exploitation;
- prohibition of sexual services and payments for sexual activity;
- profile monitoring and review;
- user reporting;
- complaints procedures;
- urgent safeguarding escalation;
- payment restrictions and account suspension where appropriate;
- compliance and audit records.
4. COERCION AND EXPLOITATION
No person may operate or control a YOURZ creator account through force, threats, coercion, deception or exploitation.
YOURZ may restrict or remove accounts where credible evidence indicates exploitation or trafficking.
5. RESPONSE
Where YOURZ reasonably suspects trafficking, slavery, exploitation or serious safeguarding risk, it may restrict relevant activity while the matter is reviewed and take further action where required or lawfully appropriate.
Where legally required or otherwise lawfully appropriate, YOURZ may cooperate with competent authorities.
6. SUPPLIERS AND PARTNERS
YOURZ expects relevant suppliers and business partners to comply with applicable anti-slavery and anti-trafficking laws.
7. REPORTING
Concerns can be reported through YOURZ's Report, Complaints or Contact facilities.
8. REVIEW
YOURZ will periodically review this statement and its controls as the platform, its risks and applicable legal requirements develop.
